John Fidel
Each time I try and run a bar chart for research analytics from the analytics drop down menu, Accordance crashes. However, if I open an analytics hits graph and then click on the + to add another graph, I can get the bar graph to display. Here is the log: Accordance Crash Log Program Version: 12.0.4 OS Version: 10.12.3 Message: Division by zero Call trace: $003EFE63 $003DCD46 $003DCA94 $003D6EC7 $003D6AEE $003CE4F1 $003CFD0A $00549B54 $0022EC0F $0022EAD8 $0051680C $000F9D69 $000B1437 $0008E714 $9EF30D1E $92CE2420 $9F9B2284

John Fidel
Almost anything. Try grace and all texts.
Joel Brown
Looking at your crash log, it seems to be because the bar chart is appearing in a very small zone. While we work on fixing it for v12.0.5, can you try adjusting your workspace to it has a bit more room to open up?
John Fidel
I have my settings for 2 panes as it is a laptop. The analytics open in a floating window. If I open the hits graph and then bar it works. Can you just have the program make the window large enough? Thanks for the follow up!
G Springer
I am having the same problem. With max zones set to one in preferences. If I change that it doesn't crash. Any bar chart request crashes the program [sorry I didn't read all of Joel's reply - I see now that this is something you are working on in 12.05 - I didn't mean to double post this...] Accordance Crash LogProgram Version: 12.0.4OS Version: 10.12.3Message: Division by zeroCall trace: $003EFE63 $003DCD46 $003DCA94 $003D6EC7 $003D6AEE $003CE4F1 $003CFD0A $00549B54 $0022EC0F $0022EAD8 $00395685 $0038EA0F $000F9D69 $000B1437 $0008E714 $9EF30D1E $92CE2420 Edited February 23, 2017 by G Springer
Fabian
If the zone is to small I would request to have a scroll bar. So all can be displayed. John Fidel
For those with single screen laptops here is a possible work around for the above issue. Having only 2 panes set up, searches open in a new tab, but the graphic analysis open in a floating window. To remedy this, I ran a search and then I detached the search text tab and then clicked on the graphical analysis and it opened in a pane next to the search. I added another translation and the Instant Details and saved the workspace. Now I just amplify to that workspace. I set up one for Greek Lexeme, Hebrew Lexeme and Key Number. Below are some screenshots. Edited February 27, 2017 by John Fidel
