Alex H. Posted December 19, 2007 Posted December 19, 2007 I've tried installing the Photo Guide module. The installation process seemed to go OK, but the module itself isn't showing up in Accordance (looked under the arrange modules menu and can't find it in the resources palette). Checked in the modules folder and it doesn't have an accordance icon like the others in that folder, just opens as a text document with mostly gobbledy gook (except first few paragraphs). The disk also got stuck, said it couldn't eject because it was in use even though I'd closed Accordance - had to restart the computer. Any suggestions? Can I load it manually? Had no problems loading other modules (Atlas and Zondervan stuff) at the same time.
Helen Brown Posted December 19, 2007 Posted December 19, 2007 Yes, please try copying the module and replacing the bad one. If it will not copy and work, you should request a new CD from the office.
Justin Burt Posted December 19, 2007 Posted December 19, 2007 I have had similar problems with the Photo Guide CD. I even ordered a new CD and had the same problem. So I just copied the modules manually to the appropriate folders. Everything worked great after that.
