Books by Jeremias and Ehrman

Below is a topic for a research paper I will be writing this semester. I need to discover some resources from Jeremias and Ehrman that cover the topic to begin conducting the research for this paper. While I would prefer them to be in Accordance format, I may have to step outside of Accordance for a few of them.

 

Does anyone have some recommendations on some resources I can begin consulting from these authors to help me conduct research on this topic? I am also discussing this with my seminary library.

 

I can't wait to do the research on this, but I just need a little nudge in the right direction on what resources to look for.

I have a topic, its from biblical theology but one of my favorites. "The Historical Argument for the Existence of Jesus as the Unique Son of God in Joachim Jeremias." Jeremias was a brilliant linquistical scholar. There is an argument that defies those who say that Jesus's sayings were invented by the church in that he proves that no one before him every spoke this way, and no one after him ever spoke this way! So Jesus by necessity existed and said these things, and were no invention of the Church. And if you really want to knock it out of the ball park, compare it with people like skeptic Bart Ehrman. I have a section in my book on Jeremias, and you'll be well served to know him well. Include biographical information, which I will be happy to read.

Amy jill levine is quite happy to attribute some of what jesus was meant to have said to be an addition by Luke in her short stories by jesus (eg Luke 15:10 page 44)
