Sorry for another false alarm! Hey Chuck, It's ok. Continue to reach out when you have any issues. I actually looked up that error code and it's an error for a bad/poor connection, so restarting your phone refreshed your connection which likely took care of this issue. What I do sometimes is put my device in airplane mode for a few seconds to refresh my connection so you can try that first in the future if you want so you don't have to restart each time this happens.
