Template for User Notes

Hi there

 

I do my daily devotions using Accordance daily devotion readings. (I've been loving it!)

 

One thing I do is write up personal reflections in 'user notes' next to each day. I have some standard questions that I like answering in my daily devotions. Is it possible to create a template so whenever I click on the user note tab for daily devotion readings, the text (my questions) has already been inputted?
