Susan
I’m quite sure this is really simple but for some reason I’m having a hard time finding it. (Not on the search shortcuts page unless I’m blind.) I end up toggling to “verse entry” mode in order to (auto-highlight and) single-key delete, then toggle back to “word entry”. It’s obviously simple to use the mouse to highlight (although with mixed RTL and LTR entry this is sometimes more cumbersome than it ought to be if you don’t start with the cursor in the right place) and then delete, but I feel certain there must be a shortcut to do this on the keyboard.... Mark Allison
Tab key will highlight the search entry box. Hitting tab again will alternate between the search entry box and the "goto" box down in the lower right-hand corner. BTW, Command-semicolon will alternate between "words" and "verses" (Control-semicolon on Windows)
Susan
Tab! I knew it was simple. (I had the command-semicolon down, but that’s a very periphrastic way to arrive at a highlight. ) Thanks.
