Susan Posted May 2, 2015 Share Posted May 2, 2015 I’m looking for a recommendation for a commentary in Accordance on the Psalms with emphasis on the Hebrew text and translation issues. (Ideally, I would like to see discussion of the LXX as well, but I’m not confident that such a thing exists in English.) I recently posted a thread in the module request section requesting the Psalms addition to the NICOT series. I also have the Anchor bible series, but the Psalms commentary there is a little wacky for my tastes (Dahood). Any other good resources in Accordance? Thanks. Calvin (in my memory) is also usually a good (and well-aged) resource which often deals with the ancient languages. Unfortunately the Baker Commentary on the Old Testament Wisdom and Psalms isn't (yet?) available on Accordance (even though we do have quite few Baker resources) - John Goldingay is always good value. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
