Strange empty dialog box

Windows 7 64bit, Acc 11.04.

 

This afternoon when I started Accordance there flashed an empty dialog box just before Accordance opened (screen shot below).

 

Then when I triple clicked on a word an empty dialog box opens before the tab opens.

 

In both cases it does not remain.

 

I have the splash disabled and it was working fine this morning. 

 

Further testing.  I enabled the splash screen and before Accordance started there was a large white box with nothing in it. Over that appeared the strange box from above.

 

I then checked my settings and disabled the splash screen and also disabled the text notifications and the strange empty box did not show up after that nor the larger white box when Accordance was starting.  I must have turned on the text notifications in settings but that doesn't explain why it's empty. I also assume the larger white box was the splash screen although after Accordance started the splash screen still displayed, only correctly.

 

Any ideas?

Larry,

 

You must be one of a very few users experiencing this problem.  It will be fixed in the next release.  

 

In the meantime, you can remove this problem by selecting "Suppress opening text information" in the General tab of Preferences.
