Enoch
It appears to me that Accordance wishes to bring up all the inflected forms of a verb when exact search is not specified. For example, if one searches for abide, one also gets abides, abiding, and abode. But abideth does not thus come up in a search of the KJV or the ASV, versions that use Elizabethan English. I suppose that abidest would not come up either, nor for walk walkedst; also hadst, didest, didst, doth, wast might be missed. Gird should bring up girdedst, etc. And I suggest that betimes thou puttest a warning until thou fixest thy search function, stating that Elizabethan verb forms are possibly omitted from thy results. 18 Verily, verily, I say unto thee, When thou wast young, thou girdedst thyself, and walkedst whither thou wouldest: Edited July 7, 2014 by Enoch
