IOErrors on autosaved sessions

Hi ya,

 

This morning I was greeted with the following IOError dialogs from Acc. I had left Acc open as I normally do and got these IO errors late in the evening yesterday. I had two workspaces open and each one appears to have two such dialogs associated with it. By associated I mean that selecting each workspace in turn you see two IO error dialogs in front of each one. Thus there are four such dialogs all with unique timestamps. It appears that subsequent backups of the session exist which did not report IO errors so I don't think anything is lost and I don't believe that there is a diskspace issue.
