BUG 10.3.1 - Library Window Flashes and Won't Accept Input

Hi, I'm in the process of re-creating the workspaces I had created in the Mac version of Accordance in the Windows version of Accordance. While doing so, I wanted to look at the Library (it was closed), and when I selected Window->Library the interface showed as follows:

 

When I started typing, nothing showed up in the text entry box, the Windows menu bar in Accordance started flashing, and then the Library Window disappeared.

This seems to be fixed in 10.3.2, thanks.
