TPB Posted October 7, 2013 Posted October 7, 2013 I just updated to version 10.3 and since then I am unable to highlight any text without the program freezing. I've tried highlighting text in various panes to see if I could isolated the problem to one. The only text that I can successfully highlight is the text I've created in my User Notes. All others cause the program to freeze. This is a real impediment to work. T.B.
Joel Brown Posted October 8, 2013 Posted October 8, 2013 Hey T.B., we are really sorry about your issue! However, we are having trouble replicating it. Could you post a screenshot of your workspace before highlighting? Does this occur no matter what is open or the state of your workspace?
