Tony Lawrence
Perhaps it is my fault, but after upgrading to 9.6.5 when I triple click a word in my "S" tagged texts it opens the KM Dictionary instead of the Strongs coded dictionary. The instant detail displays correctly. Tony Lawrence
Tony Lawrence
I also have noticed when I hover over a word, whereas it used to show BDAG when I pressed the command key it no longer does so. Tony Lawrence
Rick Bennett
Our apologies: things are very busy and there was a slight oversight when this release was pushed out; 9.6.6 will be release ASAP to correct this. To clarify: we are now providing the KM Hebrew and Mounce Greek Dictionaries to everyone who has purchased the ESVS, NRSVS, NKJVS, JPSS, or HCSBS. These dictionaries have been updated to fully handle all the Strong's entries, and are superior in quality to the older Greek & Hebrew Keys. These will now be the default dictionaries opened upon triple-click in those Key Number texts. The issue with command-hover is a bug, and will be fixed to work as previous: displaying the entry in your top-level resources. Thanks for your patience as we correct this. Thanks Rick, just to make sure I communicated properly, the triple click will open the KM Hebrew/Mounce but it opens them using the KM/Mounce numbering system, rather than the Strong's number. When will these Hebrew and Greek dictionaries be issued? I do not own them but I do have the ESVS.

Randy Cue
Thanks Michael. They were in "Easy Install." Soli Deo Gloria, Randy
Rick Bennett
They were added to everyone's Easy Install account who own a qualifying text. If you run Easy Install it should appear as an incomplete install and list them to be installed. I would also run a check for content updates to make sure you have the latest ver of each. Randy Cue
I've noticed another problem. In 1 Thess. 3:9 for example, if I hover over "joy", the instant details box says "joy G5479 chara." When I triple click this is what I get, GK G5479 | S G5066 τεταρταῖος tetartaios 1x on the fourth day, Jn. 11:39* Any thoughts? G5479 is actually the Strong's number for "chara." How do I fix that? Soli Deo Gloria, Randy This is the same issue Tony reported earlier. It is incorrectly searching Mounce Greek for the GK number instead of the Strong's. We hope to have 9.6.6 out as soon as possible to correct this. Again, our apologies.
Randy Cue
Sorry Rick. I'm a little slow on the uptake. Soli Deo Gloria, Randy
Joel Brown
We've now posted 9.6.6 to In-App update. Just to clarify, 9.6.6 will function like 9.6.4 and previously, where ESVS, HCSBS, and other similarly tagged texts will continue to use Greek and Hebrew keys. Sorry for any miscommunication earlier, but everything should be working properly now.

Joel Brown
Sorry for all the miscommunication, but yes, Rick's post was in error. We are making the changes he is talking about (Read: "Wouldn't it be nice?") but not for version 9.
Scott Knapp
Note that iOS app users will get the changeover to the new key number dictionaries in the next release (v1.5.2). Scott.

Scott Knapp
Hey Scott, I don't suppose that will be before next Monday night? Sadly, no. The mobile app and desktop app have mostly independent development and release schedules. However, I was hoping to time the iOS app update close to the next desktop release but was unaware of the release date until too late. Scott. Ken Simpson
Thanks, the main thing about Monday night is that I am doing a demonstration on Tuesday on the iOS app, and it would have been nice to have it. No dramas though...
