Inability to log in after re-installing from Amazon App Store

Howdy.

 

Have installed the Accordance app from the Android store on a Samsung Galaxy Fold 4, and can no longer log in. I'm sure I'm entering my password correctly, as I can use the same login to log in to both my Accordance.com account in the browser & into the app on my Windows PC.

 

Any thoughts?

Are you using your email address or username? It requires your username.

Thanks! I'd recommend emailing Tech Support on this one. I'm not sure what else could be the issue.

I’ll report back here if it’s a systemic problem with a workaround for the community.

For other folks who may have this problem, changing my password on the web site and then using the new password to log in worked.
