Barnes' Notes on the Old and New Testament - free purchase does not show up on any of my devices

HI,

 

I took advantage of the free offer for "Barnes' Notes on the Old and New Testament" but it is not showing on my MacBook, iPad or iPhone. I've tried logging out and back in, restarting the app and restarting the computer.  Is there some other action necessary to download the free offer resource?

First I'd do a quick double-check in your library to ensure you don't already have it (sometimes free books promos don't show that you already own them, but in some cases, you do own them). If it's not in your library, I'd recommend reaching out to support.

I have the NT version - maybe that is why?

Might need to delete the NT and then see if OT/NT will install.

I tried deleting NT but Easy Install just re-installed it.

 

I made another purchase (Anderson Forbes Hebrew OT + syntax etc). After I installed that, both Barnes showed up!

OK, that's odd. I just checked my iPad and suddenly both Barnes OT and Anderson-Forbes Hebrew Bible showed up and installed!
