Shane R. Posted July 24 Share Posted July 24 (edited) So I did run a check on my iPad, and was able to log out and back into my Accordance account, and get the easy install data to show. However, at work on my Mac Mini, I was not able to get the easy install data to load. I logged out of my Accordance account, and back in, and was not able to see my easy install data. As I stated before, I thought this had to do with a merger of the forums account and Program account. When I logged in and out of my Accordance account on my iPad, and MacMini (software side) my user name is not the same as what I use for the forums and Accordance web site side of things. So, I'm a little confused about what is going on with all of that. I'm able to access all the material I have downloaded to my MacMini through the Accordance software, so it is usable, just the easy install data is not loading anything on the MacMini.
