Dr. Nathan Parker Posted July 18 Share Posted July 18 Michele took care of this, but I'll just elaborate that payment plan emails from us may use the generic term "subscription" as a pre-written template from our payment processor. This only applies to payment plans, and you still own the books (provided the payment plan is paid in full of course).
