Teddy24
Had to fresh install Accordance on a new MacBook and I downloaded the search range file from Accordance exchange but when I put it in Accordance preferences and then restart Accordance nothing happens. Anyone have the same issue? Edited June 3 by Teddy24

Anyone have the same issue? Teddy, go to Library, Preferences, Accordance Preferences. You've went to Library, Application Support, Accordance, Accordance Preferences which is not where you want to place the "search ranges.apref" file. Hope that helps.

Tom Caton Sr.
Nathan this is the file accordance sent out to us to open. Its saying it is unsupported. Could this be because of the version of ma I am using? ( Big Sur 11.7.10)

Dr. Nathan Parker
Thanks for the update! By the way, the search ranges file does work on Big Sur, so that's definitely not the issue there (in case anyone else wonders).
Ken Simpson
The search ranges file is not a file you double click to "open". Once it is in the correct folder, the next time you launch accordance it will be in the search ranges dropdown menu in the search bar. Not everything can be double-clicked to be used. It may be counterintuitive but it is what we have.
