App Freezing on Content Update

For the past month, every time I attempt to update the content (Accordance->Content Update), the app freezes (with the "spinning wheel of death"), and I have to force quit the application. I am not able to load any new purchases because of this. Please help.

Are you on Windows or Mac? What version of Accordance?

M2 MacBook Pro running Sonoma 14.5 and Accordance 14.0.9.

Mine's not doing that. I'd try Accordance Safe Mode and check your Privacy Settings here:

 

If it keeps happening, I'd recommend emailing support directly.
