What is the best way to preserve Accordance settings etc. when doing clean Windows install?

The title says it all. I'm about to reinstall Windows from scratch. How can I best preserve Accordance in terms of settings, library organization, workspaces, etc.?

 

Essentially, I want to reinstall Accordance and have to do the least work possible to make it what it is currently after I do the Windows reinstall.
