pclafferty Posted April 17 Share Posted April 17 Running 12.3.7. was encountering error messages on trying to update app, easy install, etc thought an install of the next version would help (perhaps I am presumptuous I was eligible to install 13?) anyhow, this message upon attempting to install 13 any advice? thanks! Dr. Nathan Parker Posted April 17 Share Posted April 17 Accordance 12 is no longer supported and can no longer connect to our servers. If you don't have a license to Accordance 13 yet, you'll need to email Tech Support so we can provide you with a license to Accordance 13. When you email Tech Support, also specify your macOS version. If you're on macOS Sonoma 14.3 or later, you'll want to upgrade to Accordance 14 for the best experience.
