Until it's released, just pretend it's symbolising "vapourware" regarding that claim. Accordance 14.0.8 for the desktop seems fairly stable now, so the trickiest part might be synchronisation - I suspect they're working on more robust file formats and better concurrency control etc to avoid the data loss that's been reported since v.13. (When advanced synchronisation is released, please don't say "Accordance is syncing!" out loud.)
