Is USB 5 worth the money if you have 4 already?

I asked this once long ago & got an opinion that 5 was not worth it, as if it had no significant improvement over 4.

I would think that this question would nor require watching a video or reading a long review. If 5 is better, I would think that the significant improvements would not require more than a few sentences to establish an improvement. (I also am not aware of much significant improvement of 4 over 3!).  But correct my ignorance.

The text of UBS5 is the same as that of NA28, and I have the impression the text of the previous version UBS4 is the same as that of NA27.
