Phrasing references are tied to appearance settings

MacOS 13.0.1, Accordance 14.0.2

The appearance setting 'Use SBL standard abbreviations' changes how the phrasing is saved in the default.phrase file. If it's unselected, for example, a line will look like

"Psa. 14:4": ["\r","","\r","","\r\t","","","\r","","","","","\r"],

But if SBL abbreviations is selected, the phrasing file reads

"Ps 14:4": ["\r","","\r","","\r\t","","","\r","","","","","\r"],

This means if you switch from one to another, Accordance cannot read the phrasing file anymore and a) doesn't display correctly, and b) writes new lines at the bottom with the other abbreviation.

Suggested fix: use one form of abbreviation independent of display style.
