Exporting Highlights and "My Tools" (with bookmarks) to a new computer

I just recently purchased a new computer and now I want to merge my highlights and imported user tools on my new computer.

 

I see that I can click through the Documents>Accordance Files>User Tools>files, but then they aren't in the folder system I set up on my old computer.

 

I can't seem to do anything to get my highlights from my old computer to my new.

 

Any help would be great. Thanks.
