Adding Comments to a Library Text or Folder

Is there a way to add a comment to a Library "Folder" or "Text" item within the folder?

 

For example, there are a couple of translations that I'd like to make a comment that reminds/warn me those are erroneous translations, without using Notes, Stacks, Groups or moving these items into a new Folder.

Not what you asked for but you could put a folder within the folder and put the 'suspect' ones in the sub folder and call the new sub folder 'suspect' or whatever.

alternatively you could add a divider in the folder and put the 'suspect' ones below the divider but I dont think you can add a name to the divider.
