Please change the order from "John 7,6 [7] ¶ " to "John 7,6 ¶  [7] " For a perfect habit in Accordance. For all instances. In the paragraph mode it looks weird in this way you have it now.

 

The Pilcrow has always to be right after the verse reference to start a new paragraph. Otherwise it is only a bigger space to the line above. In every Text.
