Inconsistent tab label behavior

I am accustomed to using right-click on a tab in order to access renaming it, detaching it, tab ties, etc.

BUT

Right-click only works on the first X tabs in a zone. (Sometimes it works on the first five, sometimes first six, but never on 7th of more)

 

Minor annoyance, but it would be nice to have consistency for all tabs.

I'm not seeing this. I can change the name of the 10th tab in a workspace, and tie it to a text (in both MacOS and Windows). You might try creating a new workspace and see if you still have the issue. If not, you might want to contact tech support.
