Upgraded to V13 and Construct Search No Longer Works

Greetings all,

 

Here's my question: the search graph (see attached) finds Genesis 1:2 in Version 12 but fails to find it in Version 13 (to which I've just upgraded).

 

I pretty sure I've missed something, but having looked through the V13 changes I'm not finding it. Can someone more familiar with construct searches (I'm just starting) help me understand what I'm doing wrong?
