Jordan S
Has anyone tried copying and pasting an image from Accordance 10.3.1 into the new Keynote 6.0 w/Mavericks? I tried various methods without success. I dragged the image to the desktop and then chose the file through keynote and that finally gave me an error message that said "the image is of an unknown type". Other methods simply provided no response. Thanks, Jordan
Joe Weaks
Pages and TextEdit won't receive the pic file either when copied from Accordance. This is surely because Accordance is still using the old deprecated PICT file format as default. Jordan, you need to use menu File/Save As Picture/jpg or png PICT should disappear, imho.
Guest
I just checked--fortunately, the images I've used in the past, simply copied from Accordance to Keynote, still display correctly in Keynote 6 itself. So evidently, if the image is already part of the Keynote file, it's okay. Edited October 27, 2013 by R. Mansfield
Paul Meiklejohn
I use 'Evernote' to collect and collate my work (text and images), before building my Keynote presentation. If you drop your accordance image into Evernote first, it will then paste it into Keynote 6 without any problem.
