Gary Pauley
I have a feeling this is a stupid question...but...I just got an iPad, installed Accordance (awesome), but I can't figure out how to start a user note. Is there an User Guide for iPad?
Scott Knapp
Help can be accessed from the Library view. Tap on the question mark icon in the bottom toolbar in the Library view. To create and/or edit a user note you need to first select a verse reference in the text . Press and hold your finger in the text area until the magnifier comes up and then slide your finger around to move the selection rectangle over a verse reference. Once selected, a list of actions will appear that can be performed on the selected verse reference. Choose the "User Note" action. From the view that opens you can add a user note for the verse, edit an existing user note for the verse, and even create a new user notes file. You can also open a user notes file separately from the Library view and then tap on the edit button that appears in the bottom toolbar of the user notes search view. Hope this helps.
