Syncing Accordance to iPad Bonjour problem

Personally, syncing Accordance from my iMac to my iPad is a matter of trial and error (mostly error), since I usually get the error message shown below

My device is displayed under Mobile Devices, and this message pops up when I click the Connect button for the second time, after waiting forever to establish a connection...

 

Sometimes I succeed upon clicking Connect just once and manage to transfer modules, but I've been having this annoying problem for a long time... Any ideas?

 

I'm using Accordance 9.5.3 and Accordance iOS 1.4.1 (with the latest versions of Lion and iOS)

Have you tried creating an Ad Hod network as described in the Help files?
