Dave Raymer Posted January 7, 2011 Posted January 7, 2011 After some experimentation and testing, it appears as though the online content/easy install support does not work behind an HTTP Proxy From my iPad (wifi, no 3g) -- cannot access content from work (HTTP Proxy) -- cannot access content from the network at home that has an HTTP proxy/filter (used by my children) -- can access content from the network at home that does not have the HTTP proxy/filter in the path -- can access content from WiFi hotspot (AT&T@Starbucks) regardless, an excellent product and its nice to not have carry my MBP with me to use Accordance!
Scott Knapp Posted January 8, 2011 Posted January 8, 2011 When we were initially targeting iOS 3.x we knew this would be an issue. Now that we've set our minimum iOS version to 4.2 we can fix this. Thanks for the report. Scott.
