I’d like to encourage Accordance to give attention to fixing the known bug for User tools import feature failing in regard to importing PDFs.  This was touted

feature when it was developed and as I now understand it’s a bug that has been reported and is on the list to be fixed  for some time now.  This bug exists with the latest version with Mac (yes, I have made the necessary adjustments to accessibility and privacy for full disk access).  While I can appreciate the many bug issues that can arise across different platforms, it’s important to make functionality fix’s on existing programming a top priority since affect the usability for existing customers.  This is part if maintaining existing programming product.  My thanks to the person on the chat who did their best to help but in the end had to admit this was a known bug that has been known for a while.  Further, I can appreciate the additional complications that inhere in the variety of PDF formats, but this is all part of making sure when a feature is developed and marketed that these kinds of factors exist and addressed in development.  I appreciate any timely addressing to the fix of this bug a possible.

This was one of the features that first caught my eye.  I sure hope this is still on Accordance's radar for a near (and I mean near) future fix.

It is still on our radar to fix. I will mention it to our programmers next time we meet.
