Hi - In the England and Wales the new Lectionaries in the Catholic Churchf follow the ESV-CE - would be great to have that version in the accordance library.... Thanks for your attention...

Yes, as far as I know this is still the trademark of Crossway.

I believe the licensing situation is complicated by the fact that Crossway has granted rights to different publishers for different countries:

• Asian Trading Corporation in India
• Augustine Institute in the US
• SPCK in the UK (Anglicized text)

If, like a well-known competitor, you license it from the Augustine Institute, you won't be able to sell it in the UK (and it won't be the Anglicized text used there). I know because when I lived outside the US, I wasn't able to buy the ESV-CE from that competitor.
