romans6 Posted November 13 Posted November 13 (edited) Hello I recently bought a new phone and switched devices from, Moto G Stylus 2021 - Android 11 to Moto G Stylus 5G 2024 - Android 14 All of my resources were able to be installed via Easy Install without issue. The problem is I cannot access "Hebrew Bible (Biblia Hebraica) tagged" via my Old Testament Source Texts like I was able to do on my old phone setup. When I access: Source Texts - Old Testament - my only option is "HMT Demo" However, my library allows me to open "Hebrew Bible (Biblia Hebraica) tagged" and to use it without issue. Unfortunately though, it will not allow me to add it as a source text which is preventing my workflow efficiency. I contacted LiveChat and also sent them these screenshots (attached) to show my texts are installed properly. I can access both source texts via my Greek but not via Old Testament. Would love any help if possible. Thank you! -- Update 11/13/2024 at 12:36pm I was able to delete both "HMT Demo" and "Hebrew Bible (Biblia Hebraica) tagged" from my Android 11 phone as well as my new Android 14 phone. I then restarted both phones and reinstalled "Hebrew Bible (Biblia Hebraica) tagged". I then updated both to the most current version of the updates. Interestingly enough, I cannot access the Old Testament Source text for "Hebrew Bible (Biblia Hebraica) tagged" on both Android 11 and Android 14 (it was working on Android 11 without issue prior to deleting and reinstalling). This leads me to believe that the issue is somehow related to the text itself. Somehow whatever update there was to the text is not allowing compatibility or function as an Old Testament source text. Any help would be appreciated as I cannot access the source text on either phone. Thank you! Edited November 13 by romans6
romans6 Posted November 13 Author Posted November 13 This was resolved via the livechat and tech support group! Super appreciated. The issue was resolved by replacing the text with Biblia Hebraica Stuttgartensia with ETCBC Morphology (Text), this text now shows as available within the OT source text. Appreciate the help! 1
