David Garrison Posted August 2 Posted August 2 I know there are dozens of posts with issues, but this is the first I've run into a problem, and I've not seen a post addressing it. I've recently started adding a lot of user notes on the desktop app (14.0.9). I had one successful sync, but since then nothing is updating. The file in dropbox shows that it's been modified, but when I open the note on my iPad the updates aren't there. I just now enabled dropbox sync on my phone, and after syncing all note files, the most recent additions are not present there either. I have confirmed that the file in dropbox is current.
Dr. Nathan Parker Posted August 2 Posted August 2 I'd recommend emailing support, but enhanced syncing will possibly in beta coming up, so hopefully the wait won't be much longer. :-) 1
Ken Stockdell Posted August 3 Posted August 3 @David Garrison, you did not mention whether you had done a Dropbox sync in Accordance on the iPad after you did the Desktop sync with Dropbox. Accordance on the iPad does not automatically initiate a sync when opening the app on iOS. I have often forgotten to do the manual Dropbox sync in the app. If you have not done that, you may find that to be the problem.

Yes, I have manually synced between the iPad and the computer. I've turned sync off and back on again, all to no effect.

David Garrison Posted August 5 Author Posted August 5 Just to post an update, for the sake of anyone who runs into a similar problem, after contacting Tech Support: Clearing the iPadOS caches, per their recommendation, did not solve the problem. However, I duplicated the particular note file I was trying to get updated, and the copy synced over just fine. It appears, at this point, that there was a problem with that particular file.
