Sharon Clark
I have been trying to move my Accordance from Win 10 Pro to Win 11 Pro computer. My goal is to put everything on an external drive so that I can access Accordance and all my personal use files from any computer I am on. That isn't working too well. So I have had to reinstall everything. I have had errors in installing but finally got everything installed. This morning I signed into Accordance, I continually get a message that my accordance cannot open the last session, do you want to open the autosaved. I say no. When it comes up with a basic Accordance Workspace, I got an update that said something about Classic 7 (?) was available to download. I tried to install and received this error report: 024-07-30 08:38:37 Accordance has encountered an unhandled exception. The information in this file may help us fix this problem for a future version. You can report this error by posting this file on our forums at: https://forums.accordancebible.com/forum/81-bug-swatters-windows/ Or emailing it to support@accordancebible.com We hope to implement automatic error reporting soon. Accordance 14.0.9 (14.0.9.0) Windows 11 (10.0.22631) RAM: 24830MB free of 32102MB total Disc: 6263GB free of 7452GB total Exception Description: EAccessViolation: Access violation Exception Thread: 1-1-15152: Main Thread Exception Backtrace: $004A3AB6 $004A405D $004BDC82 $004BDAC9 $0077CC01 $004F01D8 $0098E78C $00505D0A $00506135 $0098D914 $0098F10F $004FE506 $004FE383 $009703DF $0099BEBF $00A5BF91 I have tried to since open Accordance, and while I get a blue circle, it goes away and nothing happens. This took place a few days ago as well. Task Manager does not show any instance of Accordance running. I have turned off my computer, turned it back on and tried to start Accordance 3 times and just a blue circle then nothing. I have just tried to restart instead of shutting down, just a blue circle and nothing, I have opened Accordance safe mode and checked Remove startup session and then hit "relaunch Accordance". nothing I then turned off and turned back on my computer again, tried to open Accordance, I get a blue circle and nothing.
