Official Indonesian Bible

I have really enjoyed working with Accordance in my Windows desktop.

I serve in Indonesia, and of course extensively use the Indonesian bible along with the Greek and Hebrew.

For the desktop, the Indonesian bible is available as a user-module.

The problem is with the Android App.

Along with the general request I have seen from people for an update to the Android App, I also request that the Indonesian bible be made available for the mobile app.

Currently the mobile app cannot import a user-module. So, either upgrade the app so that it can install user-module.

Or, better yet, make the Indonesian Bible officially supported in the Accordance repository.

As an aside, the Indonesian Bible Society recently published a new translation, the ITB2. But many people are still using the older translation, the ITB.

Ideally, Accordance can get both, but the older translation is already available freely in many online platform and as a user-module. So that should be the lower hanging fruit.

If you're requesting a Bible, post it in Module Requests. I'll take a look at it next week when I'm back on full Wi-Fi. I'll be doing some Bible development coming up, so I could look into this.

Ok, I'll put in a post in the Module Request, but actually this can be solved in different ways. One way is to allow the Android App to import/use user-modules, because the Indonesian Bible is already available as a User-Module.

Thanks.

That's good feedback we can consider for our Android app. Thanks!
