Greek keyboard layout doesn't seem work. Accordance Help for windows seems to show a Mac layout?

Wasn't sure where to post this.

 

I was trying to help a customer using a Windows computer to use the keys shown in the online Accordance help for inputting Greek letters and symbols however there doesn't seem to be a way to input the symbols and the Accordance Help for Windows seems to show a Mac layout?

 

The customer has Accordance 14.0.9

The ALT key is Windows' equivalent of the Option key in Mac, so if it's not working, I wonder if it needs to be re-mapped to it on Windows?
