Old editions of GNT, UBS4, etc

I know accordance had UBS4. I also know I had it at one point. I don’t anymore. I think I upgraded to USB5 without realizing I would still need ubs4 and its apparatus. Is there anything I can do get ubs4 and apparatus back?

If you had purchased ubs4 it should be available in you account in easy install. You haven’t lost your licence.  If you can’t find it in easy install double check you haven’t inadvertently hidden it. If you still can’t find it contact sales <sales at accordancebible dot com> and get them to see what’s happening. I’m sure they can still help you out.

the apparatus is different in a few places where I’m currently working. 
 

I can’t find it in my purchases or easy install. But I had all the accordance scholarly texts since accordance 8, so it should have been there. Is it removed by the update (rather than separate purchases of ubs5?

Nope. Shouldn't be. Sorry to be a little simplistic, but I assume you have checked your library.

Just an idea ... have you tried selecting Show Superseded Items in the gear dropdown in the Easy Install window?

No. So I don’t understand how but apparently I don’t have it/never had it. Is there a way I can get it now? I do t see it in the store

It sounds like you do own a license to it if you've used it in the past.

 

If Show Superseded Items doesn't work, I'd reach out to Customer Service.

 

I wish we could still sell previous editions so that if we come across customers who need them, they could have it.
