Problem importing User Tools on Accordance 14 in Windows 11

Hello,

I've been trying to import some of my personnal PDFs (mainly commentaries) into Accordance and I'm always hit with the same problem. The only content I get on the page are the page numbers with nothing else but the images (see images). I even tried to do the tutorial with (the early sermons pdf) and still have the same issue.
Are there any workarounds to this problem ?

What specific Accordance version and Windows version?
 

I have reported some issues with PDF import, so once I know more, I could add this to the bug report.
