Change in Easy Install?

I recently purchased the CBL and a day or two later I went to Easy Install to download but it wasn't shown however checking my Library it was already there. When I viewed it online there was no indication I owned it and when putting in cart there was not indication I already owned it. I also checked my orders and didn't see it.

 

When purchased does it automatically download now so Easy Install isn't necessarily needed or did I in fact already have it?

I have noticed the easy install is still showing modules that are already installed in my library. 

However if I were to purchase a new module, I tends to not appear until I hit the 'refresh button'

That happened to me once with a similar module. Apparently I had previously purchased a bundle that included this module, so it didn't show in Easy Install since it was already in my Library. Accordance Sales kindly refunded the price I paid for the individual module (It hadn't shown on the sales page as "already owned" since the original installation had formed part of a bundle.)

Make sure you're on 14.0.8.

@Nathan Parker I am. Also Macbook Pro Intel and Ventura 13.5.2.

Glad you're emailing support. It should be working in 14.0.8 on Ventura. There's definitely something up.
