Stephen Anderson Posted April 18, 2023 Share Posted April 18, 2023 Since installing Accordance 14 yesterday, I am unable to sign in (using either ver 14 or ver 13). When attempting to start up in ver 14, after supplying my username and password the Easy Install window informs me "Accordance 14 not found in account." When attempting to start up in ver 13, after supplying my username and password the Easy Install window simply invites me to sign in again (displaying no message). There were a few issues with some purchases not being refreshed in the customer’s databases, so we might just need to do some form of backend refresh on your account.
