Unable to sign in

Since installing Accordance 14 yesterday, I am unable to sign in (using either ver 14 or ver 13). 

When attempting to start up in ver 14, after supplying my username and password the Easy Install window informs me "Accordance 14 not found in account." 

When attempting to start up in ver 13, after supplying my username and password the Easy Install window simply invites me to sign in again (displaying no message). 

I am running macOS 11.7.6.

Any solutions?

I would suggest calling tech support.

Thanks — I couldn't find anyone with similar issues here. I've emailed them.

Tech Support or even Customer Service should be able to assist here. There were a few issues with some purchases not being refreshed in the customer’s databases, so we might just need to do some form of backend refresh on your account. I think it had to do with the server migration where a few accounts needed a backend refresh.
