Zondervan now exclusively with not-accordance?

Just heard about this press release from Zondervan:

http://www.zondervan.com/Cultures/en-US/NewsRoom/NewsReleases/Pradis+Logos+Announcement.htm?QueryStringSite=Zondervan

Can anyone confirm one way or another that Accordance will be able to release updates and/or new titles from Zondervan? It does seem sufficiently vague to allow for Accordance to continue.

Thanks,

Hi, Mike!

If you look carefully at the Logos page ( http://www.logos.com/zondervan ), you'll see that they are touting resources that have long been available in Accordance (EBC, ZPEB, etc.). Zondervan's announcement seems directed at the users of their old software engine, Pradis, which was PC only and never sold very well. The company has apparently decided to bail on it and is encouraging those users to migrate to Logos. It is too bad that they didn't mention Accordance. (sigh) You'd think we were living in a PC-only world. :(

As noted in David's recent blog post, several Zondervan resources are in the pipeline. I hope the Zondervan Illustrated Bible Backgrounds Commentary, although not completed, is one coming to Accordance.

I didn't see Mounce's basic Greek grammar or his morphology book in Logos' list. So maybe there's still some Accordance exclusivity.

Is there ONE page on the Accordance website that lists Zondervan resources? I'd love to post the link on the Zondervan blog in their Logos announcement comments.

Glad to hear that things are still in motion with Zondervan and Oaktree/Accordance.

I find the hardbacks of NIVAC to be particularly useful. Would love to have them in Accordance! I already own the 3 Zondervan packages and EBC. Thanks for everything!
