Display/TOC issue with Neusner Babylonian Talmud, Folio

When the numbering of Neusner's Talmud divisions (the arabic numbers after the Roman numbers) goes beyond 99, it's not showing up correctly.  In the text itself, the final digit is a smaller font size that the first two. In the table of contents, only the first two digits appear....so you have a string of 10s. Screen shot attached:
