An Accordance user sent this Windows 11 Internet Connection error workaround to our support teams. Posting it here in case it benefits others:

 

Windows 11 has a setting on the network adapter that does not allow downloaded programs to "call back out" to the net. I discovered that you can reset those settings by following these steps:

Step 1: Open Settings and select Network and Internet. Next, click on Advanced network settings.

Step 2: Click Network Reset.

Step 3: Select to Reset now and complete the process by pressing Yes.
