Accordance 13 opens to setup assistant, cannot bypass easy install

I had to reboot my MacBook Pro this morning since Safari and Mail could not connect to the internet. That solved that problem but now Accordance goes to Setup Assistant. If I click continue it validates my account but takes me to Easy Install and prompts to download all my tools and texts again. They are in the appropriate location of my SSD. I tried installing one tool, but it reloads all the others again. I tried opening in safe mode, deleted the startup session, all the options in cleanup. It still takes me to setup assistant.

 

Tech support went to voicemail even though it is during office hours now.

 

Help!

Might be good to leave a voicemail with Support and have them call you back. I know they’re swamped at the moment.

I did leave a voicemail.

 

Happily I was able to get through setup assistant without Easy Install. Though it gave me a generic setup, I quit and found ALL preference files had been changed.

 

Praise the LORD I had a backup! Thought I was safe with Accordance 13, but not so much.
