Dictionary

@Gary Raynor On one hand Accordance already has a selection of Hebrew dictionary and lexicons BUT on the other hand Accordance doesn't have Jastrow's Dictionary Of The TargumimTalmud BavliTalmud Yerushalmi And Midrashic Literature

Liturgy

@Gary Raynor Accordance has the following module

Readings and Prayers for Jewish Worship

Prod ID: Readings & Prayers / Pub. OakTree Software / Author:

Stephen Marler;

BUT, Accordance does not have a complete Siddur/prayer book and Sefaria has a variety of Siddurim:

Jastrow has been requested a number of times. It's a little outdated but nonetheless useful. I would love to see it in Accordance.

Well there is also the

The Practical Talmud Dictionary

 by  Yitzhak Frank, and Ezra Zion Melamed

It is not on Sefaria.org or in any digital format for that matter. But, I think Jastrow still remians very popular after all these years.

Thank you Brian. Yastrow would be useful for me especially for the targums.

Yeah, and since the digital files for this dictionary already exist Accordance would not have to take the time to digital this resource.

Not a Safaria module per se, but I just discovered (to my delight!) that Accordance's version of A Scripture Index to Rabbinic Literature includes hyperlinks to the appropriate resource on Safari if Accordance doesn't have the text in question.  So, for example, a reference to the b. Ber. 10a will link to Accordance's Babylonian Talmud module, but Lev. Rab. 4.7 [or more exactly the 4.7 part of that reference] will link to Vayikra Rabbah 4.7 at Sefaria.org.

There is still the oddity that the hyperlinking treats "Rab." as a word needing a definition instead of part of a text reference, but this is a huge improvement from the rabbinical references in other Accordance modules.

@Dr. Nathan Parker Is there a way that you can note--perhaps as a "corrections" task--that works like the Jewish Annotated New Testament and the JPS Commentaries should do the same thing with such links?

Thanks! I'll send that along.

If we do eventually get the Sefaria content inside Accordance directly, we're also considering updating the links in Scripture Index to Rabbinic literature to their Accordance modules. But at least we have them linked to the web content on Sefaria.
