14.0.2 User notes Accord URL not working

In my User Notes to a NT verse, I attached a internal Accordance URL to a passage in Josephus. Clicking on it does not open the text. E.g.:

accord://read/JOSEPH-T#Antiq._8:273

 

I checked, and it does work properly and open up a tab w/ Josephus in version 13 (I still have a copy of 13 I can use.)

Web URLs do work in v14. It's just the internal Accordance links.
